Two Full Years Parts And Labor Guarantee

J.R. Snider, Ltd. will return to your home to repair and / or replace (at our discretion) any part, product or piece of equipment we provided and installed, or correct any workmanship issues for two full years from the date of the installation. Free of charge. This does not include required scheduled maintenance.

The Cleanliness Guarantee

  We promise to leave your home as if we were never there. If you are not happy with the way we leave your home, we will send a professional cleaning company to clean up. Free of charge.

Drain Cleaning Warranty

We will warranty any drain we clear for a period of thirty days. After our no cost video inspection the warranty will be extended to one year. If during our video inspection we identify a problem, a solution will be recommended. If a problem area exists, our one year warranty will still apply for no more than one additional stoppage. If problems are identified and corrected by J.R. Snider, Ltd., drain stoppage warranties will be extended to two years on repairs and five years in the case of a full replacement.

Loan Program

We will see to it that you receive the best we have to offer at all times. On larger expense services we can offer a loan program to lessen the financial impact, and in many cases we can offer 90 to 180 days, same as cash.
