Like everyone else, the JR Snider family is concerned about the COVID-19 virus.
Our highest priority remains caring for our customers, and in this environment, that means taking a few extra steps.

Among them:

We screen every one of our employees--not just the experts that enter your home, all of our employees--every day for symptoms of illness.
If anybody shows signs of illness, such as a fever or sore throat, they go home. (We do this all the time, but we wanted to note it in these times).

Our in-home technicians are carrying masks and will use them if you request it.

We are also offering over-the-phone diagnostics with a professional plumber for small issues, such as clogged plumbing or changing a filter.

Finally, we clean and disinfect all of our equipment and tools daily using hospital-grade wipes and cleaning solution.

We will continue to monitor developments and navigate through these challenging circumstances together.
