• Install new septic control box for the septic system, complete with alarm and pump controls. • Install two (2) runs of 14-2 UF cable and one (1) run of 12-2 UF cable from the new control box to the designated connection points. • Wire the control box to the new septic pump and alarm system in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local electrical codes. • Bury and secure UF cable to proper depth and provide protection as required by NEC standards. • Terminate all wiring neatly within control box and pump connections, ensuring proper labeling and identification. • Test and verify full operation of the pump and alarm system upon completion.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT (DONE ON 10SEPT2025) • EVALUATE THE EXISTING GRINDER PUMP SYSTEM AND IDENTIFY ANY POTENTIAL ISSUES. • CONFIRM THE PROPER SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE NEW ZOELLER 1-844-266-3286 GRINDER PUMP. (PRIOR TO ZOELLER WAS AN EONE) 2.COORDINATION WITH SEPTIC PUMP OUT COMPANY: • WORK WITH THE SEPTIC PUMP OUT COMPANY TO SCHEDULE A PUMPING OF THE SEPTIC TANK, IF NECESSARY. • ENSURE THAT THE NEW GRINDER PUMP IS OPERATING EFFECTIVELY WITH THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. 3. REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING GRINDER PUMP: • PREP ALL AREAS FOR INSTALL (PROTECTION OF HOME AND PROPERTY) • DISCONNECT POWER SUPPLY AND DISCHARGE LINES. • SAFELY REMOVE THE OLD GRINDER PUMP FROM ITS LOCATION. • DISPOSE OF THE OLD PUMP IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL REGULATIONS. (HAUL AWAY FROM JOB-SITE) 4. INSTALLATION OF THE NEW ZOELLER RE810 GRINDER PUMP: • INSTALL THE NEW PUMP IN THE SAME LOCATION, ENSURING PROPER ALIGNMENT AND LEVELING. • CONNECT ALL NECESSARY PIPING AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. • CONFIGURE THE PUMP SETTINGS FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE. 5. TESTING AND FINAL INSPECTION: • CONDUCT A SERIES OF TESTS TO VERIFY THAT THE NEW PUMP IS FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY. • CHECK FOR LEAKS, NOISE, AND OTHER POTENTIAL ISSUES. (NO HUMMING AT CONTROL BOX) • PROVIDE A FINAL INSPECTION REPORT TO THE CLIENT. (DONE THROUGH SERVICE TITAN) 6. CLIENT TRAINING AND MAINTENANCE TIPS: • OFFER TRAINING TO THE CLIENT ON HOW TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE NEW GRINDER PUMP. (MEMBERSHIP WE WILL TEST ALL OPERATIONS AS WELL) • PROVIDE MAINTENANCE TIPS TO ENSURE LONGEVITY AND EFFICIENCY OF THE SYSTEM. 7. BEFORE WE LEAVE: • CLEAN ALL WORK AREAS • HAUL ALL AND ANY DEBRIS FROM THE JOB-SITE AREA (INCLUDING FAILED GRINDER PUMP ETC) • FINAL WALK THROUGH ENSURE NO LEAKS AND ALL IS WORKING UNDER NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS
