Shane showed up on Christmas Eve to service our shower that a previous plumber had ‘fixed’ the week prior. It turns out that plumber (lower cost) charged me for a part that he said he replaced but only cleaned it (poorly) and also broke a retaining clip. Shane figured it out within minutes - replaced the part and all is good now. He is AWESOME and is now our only plumber! Thank you Shane!!
