When Abram showed up the day if my appointment, I am embarrassed to say I didn't know where my water main was. Abram was extremely patient and took the time to help me figure it out. It turns out the previous owners of my home had capped off the previous water main, and moved the main shut off. The new shut off was sealed behind an access panel and painted over it. Once that fiasco was solved, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
