| No water diagnostic. Property had no water yesterday until existing Rainsoft water conditioning system was bypassed and water then returned . Existing pressure tank is leaking and rust covered and gauge does not work recommend replacing pressure tank . There is an electrical issue here with lights dimming when the pump is on ,sometimes the lights get brighter when the pump is running as well . The electrical issue may have caused the water treatment equipment equipment to regenerate while water was being used elsewhere Causing low water pressure . All plant watering here is done from stored water tanks with a booster pump to the hoses. The well pump is used to fill the storage tanks and deliver water to the house. The well pump is believed to be a 1/2 horsepower 110 volt pump which leads me to believe the well is shallow and could possibly be running out of water due to the drought and heavy usage . During the recent service call for toilet repairs, we determined that the fill valve in the upstairs hall bathroom was malfunctioning, which prevented it from shutting off properly. Furthermore, we identified a significant leak in the flapper, which was contributing to a higher water bill for the client. Following the client's approval, we proceeded with the necessary repairs, which included replacing both the fill valve and the flapper.
Upon completing these initial repairs, we discovered that the flush tower was also leaking. As a result, we performed the replacement of the gaskets to resolve this issue.

No chlorine showing in tests so One filter does not need to be replaced
Serviced softener, removed drive cap and cleaned bore, seal stack, drive piston and regen piston still in good condition, cleaned, relubed and put back., checked injector housing, cap and screen still in good condition, replaced white piston. Checked flow meter, till clean of debris and moving freely. Put through cycles, noticed drain fitting was leaking from clip, replaced o-ring and put back, no leaks. Put through cycles, float holding and releasing properly, chlorine parameters 2.9 volts. Added 2 bags of salt and left 4. Put bag into service and set to regenerate tonight tonight. No leaks present.
| Ran call for no hot water met with customer and found that customers been without hot water for the past couple days. Customer has a tankless water heater that was installed roughly 20 years ago. Verify tankless is not properly producing hot water. Customer further stated that tankless has never been serviced in 20 years of operation. Explain to customer due to agent condition of tankless water heater replacement would be highly recommended. Alternative solution would be to go with another tank style water heater create an estimate for work presented to customer at this time. Customer stated he would like estimate to be emailed for review. | ||
