• Furnish and install one 86-gallon well pressure tank.
• Install new tank tee assembly including:
• Pressure gauge
• Pressure relief valve
• Boiler drain / service valve
• Pressure switch connection (if applicable)
• Connect tank to existing well supply piping.
• Secure and level tank in basement utility room.
• Test system for proper pressure and operation.
2. Water Treatment System Plumbing
• Provide complete plumbing service to connect the following units:
• Acid Neutralizer
• Iron Filter
• Water Softener
• Remove all components from control heads of all three filtration units in basement utility room
• Inspect internals of control head to ensure no debris buildup
• Install all new components and control had to include stack assembly’s, pistons, and injectors (as needed)
• Ensure proper flow sequence between treatment units.
• Pressure test and check for leaks.
3. System Startup & Testing
• Restore water service and verify system pressure.
• Test operation of treatment equipment.
• Check all fittings and valves.
• Ensure proper drainage and backwash operation.

• Inspect and access CPVC water piping located behind the washer and dryer.
• Shut down water supply to affected area as needed.
