Preformed leak search and found shower drain leaking from seal and the hall way bathtub is leaking from the tub spout back into the wall. Provided estimates to make repairs to both.

Made repairs to master bathroom shower shower with new drain assembly and proper sealant with new gaskets. Installed new tub spout in hallway bathroom. Tested for leaks and operation afterwards. No other issues to report.
During our recent visit to your home, we observed water pooling around the water heater, specifically in the area under the brine tank, which was found to be completely full of water and unconnected to the tank. This overfilling likely occurred during previous power outages. We addressed a potential odor issue, identified as linked to the iron filter’s inability to regenerate during these outages; this odor is no longer present.
We conducted a thorough analysis of the water quality, noting a measurement of 0.2 PPM iron, a pH level of 7.0, and less than 1 GPG hardness. In addition, we adjusted the softener programming to the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure optimal performance. The temperature settings on the thermostats of the water heater were reviewed and modified from 140° to 125°, confirming the water temperature at 125°.
We have completed the installation of a new 80-gallon State electric water heater, which includes a new drain pan, shutoff valve, and all necessary copper piping. The unit was reconnected to the existing PEX piping located in the utility room. Following this, we filled and tested the water lines for leaks and proper operation, ensuring the connections were secure. The electric feed was reconnected, and the wiring was secured. After filling the unit, we tested the elements to confirm they were operating correctly, with the temperature set at 120 degrees.
Additionally, the old hybrid heat pump water heater was removed and disposed of properly.
