Pipe Leak in Quicksburg, VA

Today, our team visited the customer's residence to address various plumbing concerns. We identified multiple issues, including a leaking pipe in the crawl space and the absence of a shut-off valve for the rear hose bib. Additionally, the master bathroom shower was found to have a defective cartridge. We noted that the main water shut-off valve is seized, and there is no pressure reducing valve (PRV) present, with the current water pressure measuring at 78 psi. It's important to mention that this reading may fluctuate during the night when pressure typically increases.
