JR SNIDER TO DO THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK 1. WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM • REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF EXISTING IRON FILTRATION UNIT (APPROXIMATELY 15 YEARS OLD) WHICH HAS FAILED AND IS LEAKING. • PREPARE WORK AREA TO ENSURE PROTECTION OF SURFACES AND PROPER ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT. • INSTALL NEW 1054 IRON AIR CAT WATER-CARE SYSTEM COMPLETE WITH OZONE GENERATOR. • CONNECT NEW SYSTEM TO EXISTING PLUMBING AND REDO BATHROOM ON LEFT SIDE OF HOME DRAIN LINE AS ITS BROKEN. • VERIFY PROPER OPERATION OF WATER-CARE SYSTEM AND OZONE GENERATOR INCLUDING INITIAL START-UP AND FUNCTIONALITY TESTS. 2. VANITY INSTALLATION • REMOVE EXISTING PEDESTAL VANITIES IN BATHROOMS. • INSTALL TWO CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED VANITIES IN PLACE OF THE OLD FIXTURES. • PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW STOP VALVES FOR BOTH HOT AND COLD WATER SUPPLIES AT EACH VANITY LOCATION. • CONNECT VANITY FAUCETS AND DRAINS TO EXISTING SUPPLY AND WASTE LINES. • TEST ALL CONNECTIONS FOR LEAKS AND ENSURE PROPER OPERATION. • SEAL ALL FIXTURES AS NEEDED TO PROVIDE A CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL FINISH. 3. FINALIZATION • ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND READY FOR USE. • REVIEW OPERATION OF THE WATER-CARE SYSTEM WITH THE CUSTOMER AND PROVIDE BASIC MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS. • CLEAN AND RESTORE WORK AREA, REMOVING ALL DEBRIS AND OLD EQUIPMENT. ⸻ MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT PROVIDED • 1054 IRON AIR CAT WATER-CARE UNIT WITH OZONE GENERATOR. • THE OZONE GENERATOR IS A BUILT-IN COMPONENT THAT PRODUCES OZONE (O₃) GAS FROM AIR AND INTRODUCES IT INTO THE FILTER SYSTEM. THIS PROVIDES MULTIPLE BENEFITS INCLUDING: • IRON AND SULFUR REMOVAL: OZONE OXIDIZES IRON, SULFUR, AND MANGANESE FOR EASIER FILTRATION AND CLEANER WATER. • DISINFECTION: OZONE HELPS KILL BACTERIA AND PREVENT BIOFILM BUILD-UP, IMPROVING WATER SANITATION. • SELF-CLEANING: OZONE AUTOMATICALLY CLEANS AND REGENERATES THE FILTER MEDIA DURING CYCLES, REDUCING MAINTENANCE. • CHEMICAL-FREE OPERATION: OZONE IS GENERATED ON-SITE FROM AIR AND QUICKLY REVERTS BACK TO OXYGEN, LEAVING NO CHEMICAL RESIDUE. • NEW STOP VALVES AND ALL REQUIRED PLUMBING FITTINGS. • LABOR, TOOLS, PROTECTIVE MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR COMPLETE INSTALLATION.

-Install new Water Care 1054 “Ion Pro Air Cat” iron filtration system w/ ozone generator

Mr. D. has had some flooring replaced recently and his handyman had reset the toilet on the new floor he had just installed. He soon noticed a strong sewer odor in his bathroom so he called us out to see if we could figure out where the odor was coming from. Our technician noticed the toilet was not firmly mounted to the floor and this was the cause of the odor problem. Our technician replaced the seal under the toilet and the odor issue is resolved. Mr. D. was very pleased we could solve the odor issue so promptly!

Mr. W. had an older water conditioning system that was beyond its service life. The existing well pressure tank as well as the water heater were likewise showing their age and their future reliability were brought into question by Mr. W. While meeting with Mr. W. we learned from him that he is the proactive type and wanted the best quality water we could provide for him with a water delivery and water heating solution that would provide him with peace of mind 

Upon testing the water on site we found that the water had high concentrations of iron and was very hard. We proposed and ultimately installed a larger well pressure tank and a new water heater. The water conditioning system installed consisted of an iron removal filter followed by a water softener. After the water softener the water entered a five micron cartridge filter and then a properly sized ultraviolet sterilizer. The installation was challenging in that the area the equipment was installed was rather small. Our skilled installers accepted and met the challenge and were able to install a significant amount of equipment in a small space while still making all the equipment accessible for servicing.

Mr. W. Now has clear, high quality luxuriant water and a new water heater that was filled using this water. Additionally Mr. W. has a larger well pressure tank that will extend the life of his well pump. Mr. W. now has the peace of mind he sought.
