We have successfully replaced your 50-gallon natural gas power vent water heater with a new State 50-gallon model, which has been installed in a pan for added protection. During this process, we also installed a 2.5-gallon expansion tank, shut off valves on both the hot and cold lines, and replaced the exhaust system for the water heater. Additionally, we rerouted the gas line as the existing line did not align with the new water heater. It was necessary to remove water from the old heater using tools and a shop vac due to drainage issues.

Mr. C. met us at the Dulles Home and Garden Show. After talking to one of our WaterCare Specialists he made an appointment to have his water tested. 

Mike Went to Mr. C's home and tested his water and found he had a low pH and acidic water. We recommend a Caresoft Elite Resin Softener and an Acid Neutralizer. 

This customer had an outdated piece of water treatment equipment that is not softening and creating water that is staining. 

We installed a new WaterCare Acid Neutralizer and WaterCare CR100 Softener so the homeowner now has an efficient, properly functioning system.

The customer had low pH in the house which was causing copper staining and corrosion.
