Before: Customer had a smaller undersized tank.

leak in basement that customer thinks is coming from outdoor hose bib's piping. water to the whole house has been turned off for now but it is still leaking.

This customer had an outdated Whirlpool Water Softener that was no longer working. We tested her water and found she had 20 GPG hardness which is pretty hard water. Hard water can cause issues like dry skin and hair, damage to appliances, and buildup on fixtures.

We went out and replaced the old unit with a CareSoft Elite Resin Softener.

Mrs. J called our office reporting that she was getting a lot of mud in her water lines as well as drops in pressure. 

Brad went out to test her water and found that her water quality was pretty bad. Brad recommended replacing her Pressure tank with a WR 260 to provide more water to her home, as well as a WaterCare 1054 CareSoft Elite, 1354 Turbidex, and a new 50-gallon low boy water heater.
