Joe Shipe was the person that came to do the "site survey". Couldn't as for a more pleasant experience. Joe had such a wealth of knowledge and was very pleasant, professional, respectful and patient in answering all of my questions to the level of this layperson's understanding. A great face of the company!
I will admit I was a bit disappointed when Sam Jackson showed up instead of Joe Shipe, however, I realized within 4 minutes that Sam was extremely competent and every bit as pleasant, professional, respectful and patient with my questions, Sam took the time to walk me through the system(s) step by step and I am very appreciative. Moving on to Josh Butterfield. Again, couldn't as for a more pleasant experience. Josh also was very pleasant, professional, and respectful. Both of these men are also great faces of the company! As a side note. about 4 months ago, I had a new water heater installed by another company. The whole time the two fellows were here, they grumbled and complained about the company and their work. Conversely, the attitudes displayed by Josh and Sam was one of loving their job, really liked working for Snider and wanted to do a great job to ensure customer satisfaction.
Joe Shipe. I had never heard of J.R. Snider. I asked for recommendations on the Round Hill Community Facebook page and you were highly recommended (as were a couple of others). I contacted three other companies in addition and they also did "site visits" like Joe did. In all three cases, they were "get in - get out" and either weren't interested in answering questions or just didn't know the answer. One company actually came and took a water sample in an empty bottle of water so it could be tested elsewhere. J.R. Snider wasn't the least expensive bid I got, however, my impression of Joe was that J.R. Snider would be the best value for the money and you were. Sarah/Joe/Josh/Sam are experts in the lost art of customer service. Any service I need in the future, J.R. Snider will be my first and only call. Thank you for a job well done!
