Very friendly and professional.Mike subsequently came out to further investigate, and found it was actually a loose band around a PVC pipe that just needed tightening—problem solved. Mike was super knowledgeable with decades of experience, and also very friendly and professional.

The work was done according to the proposal prior to the actual performance of the work and was followed through by pics of any parts replaced and a narrative of the job at the conclusion. And was facilitated even more by asking any questions before we settled up. Is a pleasure to do business. Wish more contractors had the same level of professionalism. Excellent!

Garrison took a genuine interest in his supervisor’s instructions. He was proactive and a consistent drive of effort. Had an additional visit from Snider, today Tommy performed a shut down on an Amtrak toilet that no other previous vendors could help with.

From today and past experience JR Snider continues to deliver excellence in service to their customers. The technician was professional, courteous, and niche was water treatment.
