Unfortunately, we have a new toilet with an issue with a plastic piece which controls the water flow on refills. A seal got loose and was not within reach or in sight, but Jared made a hook and fished around blindly, recovered the rubber seal and made another repair as we look to replace the defective part. Really appreciate Jared’s “can do” and “get ‘er done” attitude. Top notch customer service!!!

The installers did a good job and were very efficient, polite and friendly. They cleaned up afterwards and gave us a review of the work done. We will use JR Snider again.

JR Snider has done a lot of work for me in the past (replaced well pump, piping, and controller), replaced iron septic system plumbing with PVC and added outdoor faucets. The work was excellent and the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend them. The technician, Tom Miller, was familiar with everything I was asking for and was able to provide cost estimates for each option on the spot.

Tommy is so considerate and efficient. His work is top notch and it is great how he explains what he is doing and why.

Shane did an excellent job helping to find the source of the leak, identifying why water was flowing OUT of a drain pipe, snaking the drain to clear the pipe, and then professionally installing a new hot water heater. Very impressed by Shane's work and professionalism.
