I can’t say enough how much I appreciate him and his team as they solved problem after problem. It was an extremely tricky job on an extremely hot day and they never lost their patience. Shane showed up on Christmas Eve to service our shower that a previous plumber had ‘fixed’ the week prior. It turns out that plumber (lower cost) charged me for a part that he said he replaced but only cleaned it (poorly) and also broke a retaining clip. Shane figured it out within minutes - replaced the part and all is good now. He is AWESOME and is now our only plumber! Thank you Shane!!
