Excellent service. Arrived within the scheduled timeframe. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues to us. No hard sell. Gave us our options and had our hot water heater and some copper piping replaced within two hours. J.R. Snider is now our go-to plumber.

We were having a very low hot water pressure issue. JR Snider was able to send a plumber out to our house the very next day. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The troubleshooting took about 45 minutes as he eliminated all reasonable causes for low hot water pressure. It turned that a part had corroded inside the water heater and blocked the flow of water. I appreciate the fact that JR Snider didn't automatically assume the water heater needed to be replaced. This repair only cost me $200 instead of $2000. JR Snider sends experienced and honest technicians. I highly recommend this company!

I have used JR Snider a few times in the past, so when I was moving to a new house I knew I wanted them to test our water and give us an estimate on a new water system. Brad came out tested our water and gave us a few recommendations on how to remedy the chlorine in our water. We went with the middle of the road option and I couldn't be happier.
