Mr. G. called us out because he was noticing some water leaking from around his older water heater.
Brad was dispatched to the call and quickly determined that the water heater was beyond repair and noted while there that the pressure date was dated and there was a sediment problem.
Our Technician Sammy replaced the current water heater with a new 50 Gallon LP Conventional Vent heater and replaced the small pressure tank with a new larger WR120.
Before: Older Natural Gas water heater that stopped heating
After: Newly installed 75 Gallon Natural Gas Heater with 5 gallon expansion tank and drain pan.
The customer had a very old water heater that was leaking from the bottom of the tank. The tank was also not up to code as it didn't have an expansion tank installed with the water heater. We recommended replacing it with a new State Proline Natural gas water heater and a new 5-gallon expansion tank.
Mr. S. called us on the weekend because his hot water heater had stopped working.
Mike went out and found an older unit no longer working. We installed a 75 Gallon LP Bradford White Gas Heater.
