Water Heaters Before & After Photos

We have successfully replaced your 50-gallon natural gas power vent water heater with a new State 50-gallon model, which has been installed in a pan for added protection. During this process, we also installed a 2.5-gallon expansion tank, shut off valves on both the hot and cold lines, and replaced the exhaust system for the water heater. Additionally, we rerouted the gas line as the existing line did not align with the new water heater. It was necessary to remove water from the old heater using tools and a shop vac due to drainage issues.

An older gas water heater was leaking from the bottom.  We went out and replaced it with a new State Gas water heater with an emergency pan and expansion tank. 

Installed new state 50 gallon natural gas power vent water heater with new shut off valve, expansion tank, and drain pan. Piped drain pan in cpvc to sump pump. Filled water heater up and tested all work. Cleaned work area.
