After my first good experience with JR Snider, I decided to call them back to see if they could help me with my water heater problem. Mike came out and was very helpful. He had obviously researched my issue before hand because he came prepared to answer all my questions and gave me some good suggestions to help with my issue without having to replace my device. I was very pleased with my experience. A week later I called JR Snider again to follow up on their estimate from their last visit. Shane came out and despite running into a wiring issue in the beginning, he was able to do a great job, even making a last minute accommodation to a request I made. I am happy with the result. Even more important, my wife is happy too!
