Easy five stars. Everything from the estimating, to installation and repairs, to billing was handled in a timely and professional manner. Clear communication and expectations throughout the process. It's hard to find really great contractors these days, but these folks fit the bill.

We were having a very low hot water pressure issue. JR Snider was able to send a plumber out to our house the very next day. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The troubleshooting took about 45 minutes as he eliminated all reasonable causes for low hot water pressure. It turned that a part had corroded inside the water heater and blocked the flow of water. I appreciate the fact that JR Snider didn't automatically assume the water heater needed to be replaced. This repair only cost me $200 instead of $2000. JR Snider sends experienced and honest technicians. I highly recommend this company!

We had JR Snider out to replace our water heater, Sammy our technician showed up on time, wore booties in our house, and in just a few hours we had hot water again.

We had JW out to replace our water heater for us, We couldn't be happier with the install. 

Everything is good- very satisfied with the work Sniders did, from the time I called to a new heater being installed was about 3 hours so can't beat that.
