Jared Shears was outstanding. I don't say that lightly. He listened to my plumbing problems, and proceeded to check out my system. He discovered the problem, and informed me of the actions needed to repair the sink. I agreed and within a very short time Jared repaired that sink. I felt so confident about Jared's knowledge about plumbing, I showed him other plumbing problems I had. After testing and evaluating my commode, he told me what part & cost would be needed to fix it. I instructed him to order a replacement commode. He never suggested a new commode. Most technicians would have pushed for a new commode. I have witness it many times. I have dealt with many big name plumbers who only pushed buy, buy & subscribe to warranty contracts. So, I was apprehensive to even listen to Jared. But he proved me wrong, and I'm very happy for that opportunity. Great plumbers are rare. Jared with J R Snider is the exception. Please keep up the great work, you are much needed.
