I could not believe how.quickly they responded. Josh was very personable yet professional. He was very knowledgeable about the task at hand and he answered all of my questions. He was also direct when he spoke about pricing, which I truly appreciated. While J.R. Snider is a bit pricier than alot of it's competitors, it didn't seem so bad once Josh talked about Snider's Commitment to the customer. Mr. Butterfield makes J.R. Snider's look good.
