Great communicating service and estimate

Having serious plumbing problems, I schedule several contractors to diagnosis and provide estimates. Shane Taylor was the only one who actually found and repaired ALL our problems. His work is truly outstanding and a complete joy to work with him. Certainly will call upon him again. We have engaged JR Snider as our go to plumbing service provider.

Our water looked very brownish this morning, so I called J. R. Snider for service. Wilmer was so knowledgeable and thorough. He tested the water and inspected all the well equipment. It wasn’t the problem he originally suspected, but he made sure to explain everything-showing me the real issue and making the repairs. He’s really good at his job! Clean water is so important, and I appreciate his expertise.
