Our tech was super thorough and spent almost an hour helping me track down the hidden shutoff valves for three hose bibs we haven’t been able to use since moving in four months ago. He was patient, explained everything clearly, and really went the extra mile to make sure we got it all working again. Couldn’t ask for better service — highly recommend!
