Wilmer was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained all that we need to know about our new water softener. It was a pleasure to have him install the equipment and explain how both systems now work independently and in concert. Because our pipes are copper, Wilmer recommended that we turn off our water when we go away, and we will do so from this point forward.
