He was very pleasant, friendly and went diligently about his assessment of my issues. He took his time testing my water and did this very thoroughly. He proceeded to test and check my devices and was very professional about all this concluding with his assessment. Company arrival estimates were accurate. Technician/plumber Kurtis was polite and professional, and provided an estimated duration for the work to be performed. While present for routine service on water softener, he was able to help identify the probable source of an unrelated leak and help me to book a service call. I was also pleased with their speed of replacing my well pump from a previous service call, that I even have added on servicing of my water heater installed by another company.
