He showed me after the job was complete that everything was working as it should and that there were no leaks. He went above and beyond to show me things not related to the job at hand—for example, how to shut off the water in the house if I ever need to do that. Reached out to JR Snider at the recommendation of my usual plumber who was out of town and received friendly, same-day service. Our technician, Joe, was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job completing our two repairs.

Mike did great job. Even though the problem looks bigger than something that can be fixed at the spot, he explained me where my pipes go, what possible issue can it be, what to look for and all information provided by him makes a lot of sense. After talking to Mike I was able to contact the Loudoun Water to ask for underground leak detection and can move forward with that.
