Reached out to JR Snider at the recommendation of my usual plumber who was out of town and received friendly, same-day service. Our technician, Joe, was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job completing our two repairs.

Mike did great job. Even though the problem looks bigger than something that can be fixed at the spot, he explained me where my pipes go, what possible issue can it be, what to look for and all information provided by him makes a lot of sense. After talking to Mike I was able to contact the Loudoun Water to ask for underground leak detection and can move forward with that.

Shane showed up on Christmas Eve to service our shower that a previous plumber had ‘fixed’ the week prior. It turns out that plumber (lower cost) charged me for a part that he said he replaced but only cleaned it (poorly) and also broke a retaining clip. Shane figured it out within minutes - replaced the part and all is good now. He is AWESOME and is now our only plumber! Thank you Shane!!
