Really nice guy who was able to quickly identify the problem. Unfortunately, it’s a foundation issue and not a plumbing issue so he couldn’t help fix it but I appreciated the rapid response and answer for the source of the water. I’ve never had anything but stellar service with JR Snider. They’re the only ones I call!

Tommy came (on time) and fixed not only our leaking copper pipe which we had hired him for, but a valve that was leaking as well. The quote was reasonable and he didn't add anything to it or try to find and insist on other things that would need fixing like some other plumbers would do. Definitely recommend him and JR Snider.

Abram figured out the issue and came up with a plan to fix the problem. I swear that JR Snider employs some of the greatest people and Abram is no exception. I’ve always been able to get help in a professional, timely manner at a fair price. I’ve never bothered calling any other company and never will.

My plumbing issue has been a peculiar one but Abram worked diligently until he figured out exactly where the problem was and came up with a plan to make the necessary repairs. He’s hardworking, knowledgeable, personable and arrives as scheduled. I am well-pleased with Abram and with J.R.Snider. It’s never pleasant to deal with home repairs but it’s made easier by great service.

JR Snider Rocks! Shane T. , the representative they sent out does also. His work was absolutely impeccable - done to the highest standards possible. JR Snyder has been our plumbers for over 4 years. I have had them do a lot of work and all of it is impeccable. All reps sent have been qualified and professional. They want to do everything they can to meet your expectations. They are also reliable. If you have an appointment, the will be there. Finally, they look for ways to save you money... won't oversell. Hope this review helps you make a decision who to hire. Jared Shears was outstanding. I don't say that lightly. He listened to my plumbing problems, and proceeded to check out my system. He discovered the problem, and informed me of the actions needed to repair the sink. I agreed and within a very short time Jared repaired that sink. I felt so confident about Jared's knowledge about plumbing, I showed him other plumbing problems I had. After testing and evaluating my commode, he told me what part & cost would be needed to fix it. I instructed him to order a replacement commode. He never suggested a new commode. Most technicians would have pushed for a new commode. I have witness it many times. I have dealt with many big name plumbers who only pushed buy, buy & subscribe to warranty contracts. So, I was apprehensive to even listen to Jared. But he proved me wrong, and I'm very happy for that opportunity. Great plumbers are rare. Jared with J R Snider is the exception. Please keep up the great work, you are much needed.
