I am very much a DIY guy, but sometimes I fail to move forward with a project because I need help making the right choice. Wilmer came out and tested my water, and presented me with several choices for a water softener, and explained the differences between each of them. The process was super easy, and I will have a water softener installed early next week.

Excellent service and can do attitude. These guys spent the whole day installing a water treatment system and 85 gallon water heater. At the end of the day the water heater started leaking. It was a factory defect. They were willing to get another unit and install it that night so we would not be without hot water. When I said no -too late- they made sure we had water for the night and returned early the next morning with a new water heater. They finished the install in 2 hours, checked everything out and left. Plus they will follow up with a return visit in 10-14 days to make sure everything is working properly. What a crew! I couldn’t be more pleased.
