Professional, outstanding job.

Excellent service and can do attitude. These guys spent the whole day installing a water treatment system and 85 gallon water heater. At the end of the day the water heater started leaking. It was a factory defect. They were willing to get another unit and install it that night so we would not be without hot water. When I said no -too late- they made sure we had water for the night and returned early the next morning with a new water heater. They finished the install in 2 hours, checked everything out and left. Plus they will follow up with a return visit in 10-14 days to make sure everything is working properly. What a crew! I couldn’t be more pleased.

Wilmer and Matchett were great, personable and professional techs! Showed up on time. Wore boot covers to keep my floors clean. They knew what they were doing and worked well together, answered my questions patiently and clearly and left a cleaned up work area. I wholeheartedly recommend them and their company, J R Snider.

Chris did a great job of including us in deciding the right course of action for the septic repair and following up through the process. we also had the same company do a test of our water, saying our current system wasn't working properly and they tried to sell us a 10k water softener system, which we didnt need. The current equipment just needed a little repair, costing only $300...

J.R. Snider is my go-to plumber professional I have been using exclusively for nine years! They installed, and maintained, a whole house filter to treat my well water and helped me with other miscellaneous plumbing needs. The only reason I gave 4.5 stars is that, even though their prices are in line with the industry standard, I still think it's too expensive to be considered a good value.

We hired J.R. Snider for whole-home water treatment installation. They were very responsive over the phone when setting up the free water test. We also had one other water treatment company give an estimate, but their product cost much more and seemed brand-focused rather than value for your money. When we went with J.R. they were able to book the appointment the same week, but we picked a day the following week that worked better for us. On installation day, Joe was on time, courteous, and did great work.
