Jared provided us with outstanding professionalism throughout all phases of the work required for our home's primary and secondary water treatment unit checkout. As a side note, our water treatment system was installed by JR Snider (TLC) in February 2012, and we've been with JR Snider ever since. For the 4 January 2025 service, Jared inspected and disassembled each unit's moving components, checked each unit's system overall operations, completed/corrected each unit's timing sequences/each unit's settings, and added media (calcite/solar salt) to each unit as required. He completed an equipment checkout by running through each unit's operational/functional cycles ensuring proper performance and programming. Simply said, an excellent job from start to finish. Please pass our best compliments and sincerest appreciation to Jared for a job very well done!

Great communicating service and estimate

Our water looked very brownish this morning, so I called J. R. Snider for service. Wilmer was so knowledgeable and thorough. He tested the water and inspected all the well equipment. It wasn’t the problem he originally suspected, but he made sure to explain everything-showing me the real issue and making the repairs. He’s really good at his job! Clean water is so important, and I appreciate his expertise.
